Be Beauty Salon Policy
If it is your first appointment with us please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for a consultation form to be completed prior to your appointment. When arriving for a subsequent appointment with us please ensure a timely arrival.
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be imposed with a €10 fee and the treatment will be shortened by the delay time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled (if we won’t be able to perform treatment).
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel your appointments we require that you phone us and speak to us in person or leave a message on our answer phone which MUST be returned with confirmation by one of our therapists. Never cancel by email in case we do not receive your email.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will be asked to book the appointment through our website or Facebook, where deposit is required.
Missing an appointment can happen to anyone, however you will be asked to book your next appointment through our website or Facebook, where deposit is required.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Right to Refuse Service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
For the convenience of our customers, we accept card payments.
These conditions apply to use of our Gift Cards, issued by BeBeauty Salon. Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
We may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.
If you let another person use your Gift Card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at BeBeauty Salon.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to make purchases, so your Gift Card should be kept secure.
If your Gift Card is deleted, lost or stolen, immediately report this to BeBeauty Salon. We may be able to stop the Gift Card value being used but we take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift Card.
We won’t replace a faulty, deleted, lost or stolen Gift Card.
Gift Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject Gift Card to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
We may cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Gift Card. The Gift Card remains the property of BeBeauty Salon.
Vouchers that the customer receives from us as a gift or purchased as a package of services are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.
Vouchers that are given by BeBeauty Salon (as a gift or in packages) can only be used for full-paid treatments.
Kids in the Salon
As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
Using mobile phones during the treatment
We request that all mobile phones must be switched off (or silence) during your treatment to ensure you fully relax and enjoy your experience.
