Eyelash extensions T&C’s:

1. If the condition of the natural eyelashes is not correct or the effect expected by the client may harm the natural eyelashes, the stylist has the right to refuse to perform the treatment.
2. The treatment takes up to 2 hours depending on the number of the client’s eyelashes. Please reserve enough time for your visit.
3. At the first visit, each client is asked to fill in the customer’s card.
4. The client is obliged to notify about all chronic diseases (thyroid problems, allergies, diseases and operations). All health problems can affect the durability of the application, i.e. problems with the thyroid gland, hormonal problems, very oily skin.
5. During the application, the customer is obliged to notify about any discomfort (pain, burning, itching, shortness of breath).
6. The client understands that during the application she must remain calm and talk as little as possible and keep her eyes closed throughout the treatment.
7. Please come to the visit after thorough make-up removal made at home. Remember that the remains of oils, fluids, creams adversely affect a properly made styling and may have a bad effect on the time of application, as it can be shortened by 15-20 minutes. What is worse, residue from cosmetics may adversely affect the durability of the application.
8. It is necessary to wash the eyelashes. Eyelashes protect the eyes, dust, dirt and make-up residues settle on them.
9. For the first 48 hours, we avoid water, steam and high temperatures, but after this time, washing them is obvious. We clean with cosmetics that do not contain oily ingredients (only water based cosmetics are allowed), because they dissolve the glue and lashes will fall out faster.
10. The customer is obliged to notify about the allergic reaction (swelling, itching or redness).
11. We do not include refunds in the event of an allergic reaction, as we have no influence on it and the work has been done in full (time, material).
12. Do not apply mascara on the extended eyelashes. This can cause mites or parasites.
13. In the event that several eyelashes are left on the eyes, the price applies to the new application.
14. If the client is late for the appointment, the beautician performs as many lashes as possible within the time limit. Being late does not lower the price.
15. The client is obliged to inform if there are any undesirable symptoms after the treatment or the application is not permanent (the complaint is considered up to 3 days).
16. I am not responsible for the durability of the application if the correct care rules are not applied.
